This walkthrough follows the whole purchase, from the button on the Business page to the moment white-glove setup begins, then shows the new Business Chief's menu. The buyer, Laura Ashford, and her design studio, Westbrook Interiors, are invented for this demonstration, and the purchase was made in a test environment.

What the hosted start includes
- A Business Chief on its own dedicated server that PrivateChief runs for you. There is no equipment to buy or install.
- Started online from the Business page, with no call needed. You can still book a conversation first if you prefer.
- A one-time onboarding fee at checkout, and a monthly membership that starts only on the day your Chief is live.
- The Service Agreement and the exact order are shown and accepted before anything is charged.
- If you cancel before your Chief is live, the onboarding fee is refunded in full and the membership never starts.
- Founding customers, the first 50 hosted Business customers, keep their monthly price for as long as they stay, with onboarding and membership fees refunded in full if they cancel within 30 days of go-live.

Next comes the Service Agreement, with the exact order it covers: the one-time setup, the monthly membership, and no equipment, because the Chief is fully hosted.
1:14Two promises: before go-live, and founding customers
Two promises are written into the order. If you cancel before your Chief is live, the onboarding fee is refunded in full and the membership never starts. And the first fifty hosted Business customers keep their price for as long as they stay, with the onboarding and membership fees refunded in full if they cancel within thirty days of going live. Laura opens the documents, ticks each statement, and types her name as her signature.
1:42Paying the onboarding fee through Stripe
Then one button: pay the onboarding fee and start setup. You enter your card with Stripe, which keeps it for the membership, so nothing more is charged until your Chief is live.
1:56White-glove setup begins
That is the whole purchase. Your white-glove setup has started. Within one business day, the first two short setup questions arrive by email, and your Business Chief is built on its own server. You are told the day it goes live, and the membership begins then, not before.
