Private Chief is a managed service, not another account to configure. We prepare your dedicated server, your Chief, and each family member’s private access before anyone is invited, and there is nothing to install. It begins as a personal assistant immediately; optional wall units, and a Home Assistant box for home control, can be added whenever you like.
You ask once. Your Chief decides how to carry it.
A request may be answered immediately, become a reminder, open a tracked project, require a confirmation, or be handed to engineering support. That routing happens behind the scenes. You do not need to choose a tool or fill out a ticket.
If the work needs time, your Chief schedules its own follow-up and returns by the right channel. If it needs your judgment, it asks. If it affects money, security, another person, or an external account, the appropriate consent rule applies.
Every residence has its own memory. Your family moves between them.
A membership can cover more than one household. A second home or a parent’s home joins the same membership at no extra membership fee, each with its own Chief, documents, controls, and household context. Members see only the homes they belong to and switch between them in the app.
The same membership also covers any businesses you run, each in its own separate workspace with its own Business Chief.
