For Employers

A private chief of staff for your leaders' households.

Senior people run a second operation at home: school calendars, contractors, insurance renewals, a parent's appointments and the paperwork that comes with all of it. Much of it lands in the working day.

PrivateChief gives a household its own managed AI chief of staff, hosted on a dedicated server we run, with nothing to install in the house. The Chief keeps the family calendar, prepares correspondence, organizes documents, tracks renewal dates and follows up on agreed tasks, within the permissions the household gives it.

Companies that already pay for family benefits such as backup care can offer PrivateChief to a few senior leaders as a household benefit. It sits alongside those benefits; it does not replace them.

The pilot, in brief

  • Three to five senior leaders, chosen by the company.
  • Each household is its own PrivateChief membership at the normal price: $199 a month plus a one-time $299 setup.
  • The company pays. There is no discount programme, minimum term or cancellation fee.
  • The company never sees any household's information.
  • 30-day money-back for each household.
Privacy

The company pays. The household is in charge.

Each leader is the member

The leader accepts the Service Agreement for their own household and decides which family members have access and what the Chief may do. Taking part is their choice.

Nothing reaches the company

Each household runs on its own dedicated server, with no company sign-in. We do not report its calendar, messages, documents or use to the employer. The company's bill names each household it pays for and the amount, and nothing else.

It stays with the family

If a leader leaves, or the company stops paying, the household can keep its Chief by paying for the membership itself, or cancel. Its information is never handed to the company.
How a Pilot Works

One conversation, then a private setup for each household.

01

A call with you

We talk through the pilot with your head of people or founder, and you decide which leaders to invite. Book the call.
02

Each household is set up

Each leader who accepts has a private setup with us. Their Chief goes live on its own server, reached from the phone, the computer and, if they want them, wall units in the home.
03

The company is billed

The $299 setup is billed when a household starts, and the $199 monthly membership begins on the day its Chief goes live.

The 30-day money-back

If a household's membership is cancelled before its Chief goes live, the $299 setup is refunded in full. If it is cancelled within 30 days of going live, the $299 setup and the first month are refunded. Metered AI use and any in-person setup work are not refunded.

What else to know

AI capacity is separate from the membership, as it is for every member: a household can use its own OpenAI account, or we supply capacity at our cost plus 30 percent. Optional wall units and a Home Assistant box for home control are equipment bought directly. See the complete pricing.

A Chief does not provide childcare, elder care, cleaning, driving or anything physical. Please ask your own advisers how a benefit like this is treated for payroll and tax; we do not give tax advice.

Before you decide, you can read how privacy and human oversight work, how a household gets started and the Service Agreement.
