First choose what your Chief serves. Then choose where it runs.

Personal, Business, and Personal + Business can all run fully hosted with nothing to install, or on a private appliance at your home or office. Both are managed services: we prepare your Chief, invite the right people, connect the approved services, and remain responsible for keeping it working.

Fully HostedNo Equipment
We provision a dedicated server, prepare your named Chief, connect the services you approve, and invite you to the apps. Hosted onboarding is a fixed $299. Personal assistance, business administration, or both can begin without buying, mounting, powering, or maintaining PrivateChief equipment.
In Your Home or OfficePrivate Appliance
Your Chief runs on a managed appliance at premises you control. For Personal service, this adds direct home control, sensors, room presence, wall units, supported offline essentials, and the working household record under your roof. Setup and equipment are quoted for the actual installation.
Hosted Personal

A personal assistant now. The home can come later.

Hosted Personal includes the work that does not need a box in the house: family apps, calendars, reminders, projects, research, bookings, communications, documents, Personal Books, connected accounts, briefings, and family coordination.

It does not initially include direct control of lights, climate, cameras, entertainment, local sensors, room presence, or offline household operation. If you later choose an in-home installation, those capabilities are added to the same Personal service.

Hosted onboarding

One fixed setup for Personal, Business, or both.

Fully hosted service has a one-time $299 onboarding fee and includes 25 GB for documents, records, and working memory. Each additional 25 GB is $5 per month. There is no equipment charge or installation visit, and the monthly membership price is the same as the on-premises option.

Hosted Business is also available through Vibesies. Personal and combined customers begin through PrivateChief.

We discuss who belongs to each residence, what regularly gets missed, which personal-assistant capabilities matter first, and any home systems already in place. You choose your Chief — a full name, voice, demeanor, and original appearance your family will live with.

One shopping call, your ownershipTogether
We place the equipment order together, on your card, so every warranty is in your name and the hardware is yours outright. It ships to our workshop instead of your doorstep — that's the whole trick of White Glove.

We prepare your home on our benchUs
Your server is assembled, brought fully up to date, and loaded with your household's configuration. We test it as your actual home — your Chief, answering to the name you chose — before anything ships. Each family member receives their own app invitation and only the homes they belong to, ready for the iPhone, Android, or Mac app.

PlacementYou
The server takes two cables: one to your router, one to power. The touchscreens hang like small picture frames — a paper template marks the holes. Ten minutes, no tools beyond a screwdriver.

Introductions and connectionsTogether · about an hour
Each family member introduces themselves from their phone. Optional face and voice recognition is explained and consented to before enrollment. We connect approved calendars, accounts, music, and any ready home systems; unfinished integrations simply wait.

The first weekUs
We watch how your home is settling in, make a quiet tuning pass around day three, and check in with the family at the end of the week. After that, it's simply concierge care — your Chief files anything it can't do, and our engineers handle it remotely.

Insert the System Card, connect the server to your router and to power. It introduces itself to us automatically, and we confirm everything looks right from our side before your call.

A guided video call: the touchscreens set themselves up from a code we send, we connect your devices, and the family introductions and first walk-through happen just like White Glove.
