Personal, Business, and Personal + Business can all begin fully hosted or run on a private appliance at your premises. Your order summary records the choice for each Chief.
Fully hosted
$299 onboarding · no equipment
We provision a dedicated, isolated server, then patch, monitor, and back it up. It includes 25 GB for documents, records, and working memory; each additional 25 GB is $5 per month, with individual files up to 75 MB.
A hosted Personal Chief provides personal-assistant and household-administration capabilities through the apps. Direct control of lights, climate, sensors, televisions, and other local devices—and offline household operation—requires the in-home option.

Your Chief runs on a private appliance at premises you control. For a household, this is the complete experience: the working record at home, compatible home controls, local sensors and presence, room-based wall units, and essential local operation when an outside service is unavailable.
You see and accept the full equipment, setup, and recurring total before onboarding begins.
Hosted Business is also available through Vibesies. AI capacity works the same way in either location.
Two ways to pay for the thinking.
The monthly price above covers the managed service: your appliance or hosted server and its software, monitoring, updates, encrypted backups, support, and our ongoing care of your household or company. It does not cover the AI capacity your Chief consumes when it listens, reasons, researches, and speaks. You choose how that is supplied, and you can change your mind later.
Either way, some capacity is always metered—voice is the main one—and that is billed at our cost plus thirty percent. There is no minimum and no bundled allowance you have to grow into. A quiet month costs little; a month where your Chief is talking, researching, and working through documents costs more.
Usage is billed one month behind, on the same invoice as your service fee and shown as its own line. Your first invoice is the service fee alone, and usage appears from the second onward. You can watch it accrue in your portal while the month is still running, ask us for the detail behind any line, and we will talk through what your household is likely to use before you commit to anything.
Hosted onboarding is fixed; on-premises setup is tailored. Fully hosted service has a one-time $299 onboarding fee. An in-home or in-office quote reflects equipment, rooms or locations, integrations, data migration, mounting, network work, and customization.
Personal, Business, and combined service all offer the same choice of AI capacity described above, and your order summary records which you have chosen. OpenAI is the supported provider today. There is no annual commitment or cancellation fee.
