The monthly service price is based on what we continue to manage—not on how complicated the initial installation was. The AI capacity your Chief actually uses is separate: bring your own OpenAI account, or let us supply it at our cost plus thirty percent. White Glove setup and equipment are quoted individually after we understand the household or business. A Business Chief can run from a Jetson at your office or be fully hosted by us with no equipment at all, at the same monthly price.

A Business Chief with nothing to install.
By default a Business Chief runs from a Jetson appliance at your authorized home office or workplace. If you would rather own no equipment, the same Business Chief can be fully hosted: a dedicated, isolated server we provision and run for your company, patched, monitored, and backed up by us. The monthly price is the same $199.
The hosted Business Chief is sold through our hosted service, Vibesies. AI capacity works exactly as described below, and your own servers, websites, and accounts can still be placed under the Chief's care.
Two ways to pay for the thinking.
The monthly price above covers the managed service: your appliance or hosted server and its software, monitoring, updates, encrypted backups, support, and our ongoing care of your household or company. It does not cover the AI capacity your Chief consumes when it listens, reasons, researches, and speaks. You choose how that is supplied, and you can change your mind later.
Either way, some capacity is always metered—voice is the main one—and that is billed at our cost plus thirty percent. There is no minimum and no bundled allowance you have to grow into. A quiet month costs little; a month where your Chief is talking, researching, and working through documents costs more.
Usage is billed one month behind, on the same invoice as your service fee and shown as its own line. Your first invoice is the service fee alone, and usage appears from the second onward. You can watch it accrue in your portal while the month is still running, ask us for the detail behind any line, and we will talk through what your household is likely to use before you commit to anything.
White Glove setup is quoted for the actual job. The quote reflects equipment, rooms or locations, integrations, data migration, mounting, network work, and customization. You see and accept the complete setup, equipment, and recurring total before onboarding begins. A fully hosted Business Chief has no equipment, so it carries a fixed $299 onboarding fee instead of a quote.
Personal, Business, and combined service all offer the same choice of AI capacity described above, and your order summary records which you have chosen. OpenAI is the supported provider today. There is no annual commitment or cancellation fee.
