Some families need help with calendars, correspondence and the paperwork of running a home, but have too little administrative work for a dedicated hire. Others already have excellent staff who would welcome help keeping those details in order.

PrivateChief provides a managed, human-supervised AI chief of staff, fully hosted with no equipment or running on a private household appliance. It can coordinate appointments, prepare correspondence, organize documents and follow up on agreed tasks, within the permissions the household gives it.

For a suitable introduction, your agency receives a flat $1,000 referral fee when the household becomes a PrivateChief home. We handle our service's setup, onboarding and ongoing support.

Personal service is $149 per month. Fully hosted onboarding is $299 with no equipment; an in-home setup and its equipment are quoted for the household. AI capacity is separate: bring your own OpenAI account for reasoning, or use capacity we supply at cost plus 30%; metered voice is billed separately at cost plus 30%. See the complete pricing.

For smaller administrative needs

A family wants help with appointments, document organization, correspondence and follow-through. We discuss the actual tasks with them before recommending the service.

For households with staff

A house manager or personal assistant can use a Chief to prepare drafts, organize household information and keep agreed reminders. The household decides who has access and what the Chief may do.

Where people are essential

A Chief does not provide childcare, elder care, cleaning, cooking, driving or physical supervision. An on-site manager's presence and judgment remain essential where the role calls for them.

Let the household choose

Invite a suitable household to contact us and mention your name and agency. We confirm the introduction personally. Share client information only with their permission.

Receive the referral fee

When the referred household becomes a PrivateChief home, your agency receives $1,000. Registration or a consultation alone does not earn the fee. We handle our service's delivery and support.
