Help for your household.

PrivateChief support covers the mobile app, wall units, your in-home system, connected services, and account access.

Current member households

For the fastest response, open Preferences in the PrivateChief app and choose Support Requests. This lets your household chief include the service context needed to investigate the issue.

Email or call

Email hello@privatechief.com or call or text +1 978-643-8662. Include your name, household, device type, and a short description of what happened. Please do not email passwords, access codes, recovery keys, or other secrets.

Account, privacy, and deletion requests

To request access, correction, export, or deletion of supported household data, email hello@privatechief.com. Our Privacy Policy explains how the app and home system handle household data.

Prospective households

If you are considering PrivateChief and do not yet have an installed system, request a private consultation.

Emergencies

PrivateChief is not an emergency, medical-alert, security-dispatch, or life-safety service. Do not rely on it to contact emergency services. If someone may be in danger, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency number directly.
