PrivateChief Business Email Lists: Mailchimp, Kit, MailerLite and Brevo Lists in One Place
Email Lists in PrivateChief Business shows every mailing list your business sends from on one screen: subscribers, growth, how often each list is emailed, and whether the lists are healthy. The design studio in this walkthrough, Westbrook Interiors, is invented for the demonstration.

What Email Lists covers
- Mailchimp, Kit (ConvertKit), MailerLite and Brevo by API key, or any system that publishes a list feed.
- Subscribers across all lists, with new subscribers, unsubscribes, complaints and emails sent over 30 days.
- A card per list with 7-day and 30-day change, how often it was emailed, and 90 days of growth.
- A warning when spam complaints pass about 1 per thousand emails sent.
- Growth over 30 days, 90 days or a year, with joins and unsubscribes by day or week. A reading is kept for every list each day, so charts grow even where a platform keeps no history.
- Sending: how often each list is emailed, emails per person, and recent mailings where the platform reports them.
- Health per thousand emails sent: complaints, bounces, unsubscribes and click rate.
- Read-only: keys are checked, stored encrypted on your workspace and used only to read list totals. PrivateChief never emails, adds or removes a subscriber. Lists are read again every six hours.
What the narrator says
0:00Every list in one place
Plenty of small businesses send email from more than one platform, and nobody has the whole picture. Email Lists puts it on one screen.
0:11The overview
This is Westbrook Interiors, Laura Ashford's design studio, invented for this demonstration. The overview shows how many subscribers the studio has across its lists, who joined and who left in the last thirty days, spam complaints, and emails sent.
0:30One card per list
Each list has its own card: subscribers, the change over seven and thirty days, how often it was emailed, and ninety days of growth. The numbers come from the platforms themselves, here Mailchimp and Kit.
0:46Spam complaint warnings
When spam complaints climb past about one per thousand emails sent, the card says so, because that is where mailbox providers start filtering. The room-planning guide list is over that line.
1:01Growth
Growth charts subscribers over thirty days, ninety days or a year, with who joined and who unsubscribed. PrivateChief keeps a reading for every list each day, so the charts grow even where a platform keeps no history of its own.
1:18Sending
Sending shows how often each list is emailed, how many emails a typical person received, and the recent mailings, wherever the platform reports them.
1:30Health
Health puts the last thirty days per thousand emails sent: complaints, bounces, unsubscribes, and the click rate. Opens are over-counted, because Apple Mail loads every image, so clicks are the number to trust.
1:48Connecting your platforms, read-only
Laura connects each platform once: Mailchimp, Kit, MailerLite, Brevo, or any system that publishes a list feed. The key is checked, stored encrypted on the workspace, and used only to read list totals. PrivateChief never emails, adds or removes a subscriber, and it reads the lists again every six hours.
