- Business Tools open the screen for that job, such as Projects, the Business Calendar, Customers or Email Lists.
- Ask your Chief starts a conversation that begins with the outcome you want and uses only the tools you have authorized.
- Configurable workflows set up ongoing work, such as recurring follow-up or a company rule.
- Custom work starts a scope review of the outcome, connections and permissions. Nothing is switched on by asking, and any additional cost is agreed before work begins.

A new Business Chief can do a great deal, and it is hard to know where to start. Explore Capabilities is the menu. This is Westbrook Interiors, Laura Ashford's design studio, invented for this demonstration. The work is grouped into six areas, from office and projects to company knowledge and research.
0:24Tools and tasks
Open an area, and each item says what kind of help it is. A Business Tool opens the screen for that job, such as Projects or the Business Calendar. Ask your Chief starts a conversation with Poppy, the studio's Chief, beginning with the outcome Laura wants.

Choose an area to see just that part. Marketing and content covers strategy, writing and editing, repurposing, search visibility, website and advertising reviews, and the Email Lists tool.
0:58Custom work and scope reviews
Some work goes further, such as running email campaigns or producing video. That is custom work. Asking for it starts a scope review of the outcome, the connections and the permissions it needs. Nothing is switched on by asking, and any extra cost is agreed before work begins.

Laura can search, too. Supplier finds supplier and partner coordination, and research and due diligence. If nothing fits, Describe something else opens a conversation about the job. Team members see the same menu, and anything they are not allowed to use says that the owner manages it.
