PrivateChief Health & Care: Your Own Health Record, Kept Privately

2:25 · Narrated walkthrough of the real app · Watch on YouTube

Health & Care is the PrivateChief tool for keeping your own health record in one private place: meals, sleep, symptoms, measurements and notes, plus medications, appointments, refills and medical records, and a summary you can take to your doctor. It records what you report. It does not diagnose, prescribe or invent medication instructions. The household in this walkthrough, the Ashfords, is invented for the demonstration.

Health & Care

What Health & Care does

  • Keeps meals, sleep, symptoms, measurements and notes; tap any entry to correct or delete it.
  • Lets you say it to your Chief instead of typing; it asks before saving, and sends 1 to 10 ratings to your Well-being trackers.
  • Shows refills, appointments and other care dates only when they are near.
  • Compares your Well-being scores after shorter and longer nights once there are at least 14 paired days, always labelled as a pattern, not proof of cause or a diagnosis.
  • Holds medications, appointments, refills and medical records, with a link to the file in Documents.
  • Puts a dated appointment on your private calendar under the neutral title "Private appointment".
  • Writes a plain, dated summary of the records you choose and files it as a PDF in your private Documents.
  • Private to you and never shown or spoken on a shared wall; export or erase everything at any time.
  • Does not diagnose, prescribe, invent medication instructions or contact a clinician for you.

What the narrator says

0:00Your own health record

Health details end up everywhere. A refill date on a bottle, a reading on a receipt, a question you forget in the doctor's office. Health & Care keeps your own record in one private place.

0:14What is coming up

This is Laura Ashford's record, from a family invented for this demonstration. Coming up shows only what is near: her allergy spray refill, and her annual physical on Tuesday.

0:28Tell your Chief, and it asks before saving

The easiest way to keep it is to say it. Savannah, the family's Chief, asks before saving. Sleep goes into Health & Care, and the one to ten rating for her back goes to Well-being, so each fact lives in one place.

0:46Recent entries

Meals, sleep, symptoms, measurements and notes land under Recent entries. Tap any one to correct or delete it.

0:56Sleep and how you felt, with its caution

With enough days, it compares her Well-being scores after shorter and longer nights. Every comparison carries the same caution: a pattern in her own records, not proof of cause, a diagnosis, or treatment advice.

1:14Medications, appointments, refills and records

The Care tab holds medications, appointments, refills and medical records, with providers, dates and notes. A record can link to its file in Documents.

1:27Appointments on your private calendar

An appointment with a date also goes on Laura's private calendar, titled simply Private appointment, since a calendar can appear on a shared wall screen.

1:39A summary for your doctor

For my doctor builds a summary before a visit. Laura picks a period and what to include. Savannah files a plain, dated PDF in her private Documents, stating that these are her own records, not a diagnosis.

1:55Privacy, export, erase and limits

The record is private to Laura, and she can export or erase all of it. It records what you report. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or invent medication instructions, and it never contacts a clinician for you. In an emergency, call nine one one.
