This is Laura Ashford, from a family invented for this demonstration. Life Coaching helps her clarify her goals, follow through on her commitments, reflect on setbacks, and recognize progress, with Savannah, the family's Chief, as her coach.
0:33Your email and your time
To start, Laura enters her own email address, which has to match the one on file for her in the household, and picks the time for her daily email. She chooses seven thirty in the morning.
0:47Privacy and important limits
The limits are spelled out before she agrees. Her coaching record is kept privately on the family's PrivateChief, and other household members cannot see it. The relevant parts are sent to the AI provider to prepare each reply. This is AI coaching, not therapy, medical care, or an emergency service, and the inbox is not watched around the clock. In an emergency, call 911 or 988.
1:15Adults only, and only with your yes
Life Coaching is for adults only, and nothing begins until Laura confirms her age and says yes. Then Savannah sends a first email that explains how the coaching works, and asks one or two opening questions.
1:31A daily email built on your goals
From then on, Savannah writes each morning at the time Laura chose. Every email is built on one of her actual goals or commitments, never an empty check-in, and Savannah keeps track of those goals as the conversation goes on.
1:48Reply whenever you wish
Laura replies whenever she wishes, and Savannah answers what she actually said. Replies go to her private coaching vault, never the household support queue. A daily email can also close with a short idea from Year To Success, with an optional question to reflect on.
2:07Pause, end, or erase
Pause Life Coaching stops the daily emails until Laura resumes. And when she wants to stop for good, she can end the coaching and keep her private history in case she returns, or erase everything permanently.
