PrivateChief Support Requests: Ask for Help and See Exactly Where It Stands
Support Requests is where PrivateChief keeps every request for help: the problem, the answer, the current status and the next step. Ask your Chief from any screen, or file an official request yourself. The household in this walkthrough, the Ashfords, is invented for the demonstration.

What Support Requests does
- Lists every request with the problem, the answer once there is one, the current status and the next action.
- Lets you ask your Chief for help from any screen with the chat button.
- Lets you file an official request: for your household's support team or for PrivateChief's engineers, as a problem, a suggestion or a question.
- Sends nothing until you review the draft and press Submit.
- Keeps addressed requests on record; mark them done and archive them when you are finished.
What the narrator says
0:00Help, without the hold music
When something at home is not working, you should not have to find a phone number. In PrivateChief, you ask your Chief, and you can always see where your request stands.
0:13Every request, with its status and next step
This is the Ashfords' list, from a family invented for this demonstration. Every request shows the problem, its current status and the next action. The kitchen wall unit is in progress, and Laura's suggestion has gone to PrivateChief's engineers.
0:30Filing a request yourself
You can ask your Chief from any screen, with the chat button at the top. Or file a request here. Choose who should handle it: your household's support team, or PrivateChief itself. Then whether it is a problem, a suggestion, or a question. Nothing is sent until you press Submit.
0:50Answers written down, then done
When a request is addressed, the answer is written down. The back door sensor needed a new battery, and has stayed online since. Mark a request done, and archive it when you no longer need it.
